摘要: 为了提高业务流程的执行效率,考虑工作流执行过程中存在的各种约束条件对工作流决策支持的影响,研究了如何将工作流中各种约束条件考虑在内的决策支持方法,并侧重考虑时间约束和成本约束。首先扩展了传统Petri网,研究了一种增加工作流中资源信息描述的、可扩展的业务流程表示模型——时间资源Petri网模型。在此基础上提出一种资源分配优化方法,利用业务流程中存在的多种约束条件,对使用TRPN模型表示的业务流程进行资源优化分配,以在满足当前工作流约束条件的基础上提高流程执行的效率。通过具体的实验分析,验证了所述方法的正确性和有效性。

Abstract: To improve the execution efficiency of business process,a decision support method with various constraint conditions was proposed by considering the influence of constraint conditions existing in workflow execution on decision support.The traditional Petri net was extended,and an extendible business process model-Time and Resource associated Petri Net (TRPN) which added a description of time and resource information into workflow was researched.On this basis,an optimization method for resource allocation was proposed,which took advantage of restrictions to allocate the business process'resources represented by TRPN.Thus the execution efficiency of process with all involved restrictions was improved.Through the specific examination,the effectiveness and correctness of proposed method were validated.
